Plumbs Sensation

plumb_sensation.jpgPlumbs Sensation is the son of Plumb Dry, 1984 CRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity World Champion. “Sensation” was born and raised here on the Brooks Ranch. His first foal crops (2005-2006 crops), like their father, are turning heads in the barn!

Sensation developed a phenomenal reputation around the barn during his show career. He was a pleasure to handle and ride, and he has passed these qualities onto his offspring. Lee Brooks took Sensation to many shows where the fine stallion caught the judges’ attention. During his show career he won over $80,000.

His winnings include:
2002 PCCHA $10,000 Novice Non-Pro Champion,
2002 PCCHA Summer Non-Pro Classic/Challenge Reserve Champion,
2002 NCHA $10,000 Novice Non-Pro Top Ten (3rd place),
2001 $3,000 Novice Non-Pro Reserve Champion,
2002 San Diego Non-Pro Classic/Challenge Champion,
2000 PCCHA Non-Pro Derby finalist

We are excited to feature Plumbs Sensation’s 2005 foal crop among our latest available horses. They come with plenty of chrome and color, good minds, and performance that runs thick through their blood. Plumbs Sensation can be pasture bred to your mare. CONTACT us for more information.

Smart With Cash

smart_with_cash.jpgSmart With Cash is the third stud at Brooks Ranch, son of the amazing Smart Little Lena, ranked the #1 BEST All-Around Sire (Cutting/Reining/Cow Horse), by Quarter Horse News (6/1/2008). Smart With Cash’s dam was the full sister to Miss N Cash. His maternal grandsire is the famed Dash For Cash. The breeding on this stud is exceptional, however an injury as a three year old halted his show career. Smart With Cash’s foals are a pleasure to train.
